Inventory and Storage Form 23/24

This form is for any CSP that has or require storage for 23/24. Please include any equipment you have stored in the Union building, Harlington grounds or other college/student spaces.

If you do not currently have storage allocation but need it, please fill out this form with details on how much space you require, location preferences and the equipment you are storing. We only have a finite amount of storage space left around our sites, we have therefore asked that you explain the reasoning behind requesting storage and the benefits for your CSP.

Storage

Let us know what we can do to improve your storage spaces, listing any support or resources you need.

Resources could include storage boxes or locks to make your equipment safer in our Union and College spaces.

We currently only have a small amount of storage space. We may not be able to allocate additional/new storage for your CSP. Answering the next set of questions acts a request for more/new storage, we will only contact groups who we are able to accommodate their request.
